Jyoti Ganesh, founder of WomenCRE, is a results-oriented real estate executive with expertise in corporate workplace strategy, portfolio strategy, program execution, change management, and process improvement.
Jyoti has held several roles in top companies both on the Occupier and Services Provider side. She was a Senior Managing Director, Global Occupier Services at Cushman and Wakefield leading Account Management Programs and platform for Cushman’s global clients. Prior to this role, she was Managing Director leading Strategic Consulting efforts in strategic planning for a number of Fortune 500 clients. On the Occupier side, Jyoti was Senior Vice President, Workplace Executive at Bank of America. She was responsible for developing long-term real estate strategy and execution tactics for the Bank’s portfolio. Before that, she was Occupancy Planning Director managing and administering the tactical planning functions for the Bank’s domestic portfolio, implementing over 300 projects and 1,500 relocations annually.
Jyoti’s broad range of professional experiences in architectural design, project management, strategic planning, and six sigma combined with her commitment to professional mentoring and advocacy was the inspiration to launch WomenCRE.
WomenCRE is a global community of corporate real estate and workplace women professionals, innovators, and leaders. The community provides a platform for industry women to share their expertise and experiences and to connect with other professionals. It is also a resource for selected industry news, updates, and articles.
She is a respected thought leader in the industry and has presented at CoreNet Global events. She has also contributed to Journal of Corporate Real Estate. Jyoti is on the advisory board of HARI School, a language and culture center and a member of Rhode Island Vision 2020, an initiative that focuses on economic participation of women in the State.
Jyoti holds a Bachelor of Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, India and a Master of Science in Building Technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is green belt certified in Six Sigma and a professional member of CoreNet Global.
