Terri Lasoff

Terri LasoffTerri Lasoff is a Strategic Consultant at DTZ.  Before joining DTZ, Terri held several leadership roles at Target Corporation developing retail market strategies, managing real estate performance for existing stores, negotiating new store locations, securing economic incentives, and optimizing facility spend. Terri holds a B.S. in Finance from Clemson University and an MBA with a concentration in General Management from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. Terri has also spend several years in Finance at IBM and Morgan Stanley. Currently, Terri is responsible for developing a comprehensive 5-yr portfolio strategy for the SunTrust portfolio.

Rimi Chakraborty

Rimi Chakraborty is a Vice President at T3 Advisors. Her background in business, strategy and finance, allows her to bring a unique perspective to T3.  Blending her analytic and financial acumen with the ability to understand a company’s evolving business needs; Rimi offers valuable insight and focus for her clients. Rimi created T3’s tHarmony tool, allowing companies to quantify the qualitative factors associated with a building search, helping clients foster a data-driven approach to their space search.  Rimi has also built complex financial models, integrating with each company’s unique accounting and finance treatment to evaluate financial impacts of various real estate scenarios and decisions.  Rimi works to understand her clients and their corporate objectives, and then works to align real estate strategies that support those goals and fosters company culture.

Rimi is an active member of the Education Committee for CoreNet.  Rimi is also active in the MIT Sloan Alumni Club of Boston and was the 2011 Sponsor Chair and Co-Organizer for the MIT CFO Summit. She has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management  and a  BS Engineering with a minor in  Organization and Environmental Management from the University of Pennsylvania.

Thea C. Hahn

Thea Hahn is the Director of Market Analytics at Corporate Portfolio Analytics, Thea Hahn has broad experience in portfolio, market, asset, and financial analysis.  Working with both public and private sector clients, with a particular focus on metro planning and the impact of alternative work on space demand, she has recently led several Local Portfolio Planning and Customer Portfolio Planning projects for the General Services Administration.  A licensed architect, Ms. Hahn practiced architecture with firms in Barcelona, Albuquerque, and Boston before attending the MIT Center for Real Estate and transitioning into corporate real estate consulting.  Her work included office, educational, and development projects, where she was involved in all phases of projects, from programming through permitting and construction management.  She has additional experience as an asset manager, overseeing a portfolio of 70 properties for a large limited partner investor.

Thea holds a Master of Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a B.A. and a B.Architecture from Rice University.  A version of her MIT thesis, “Opportunity Funds: Past Fund Performance as an Indicator of Subsequent Fund Performance,” was published in the Journal of Portfolio Management.  She is a member of CoreNet and NEWIRE (New England Women in Real Estate).

Anika Savage

Anika SavageAnika Ellison Savage is the co-founder of Art of the Future, a strategy consultancy. She leads organizational initiatives to anticipate emerging opportunities and threats to develop effective strategic responses, researches the evolving nature of work and the implications for the work environment and co-creates workplace solutions with organizations to improve productivity, satisfaction and retention.

Anika has worked in a range of positions from corporate architect to corporate strategist. She has experience in the technology, telecommunications, healthcare, and financial services industries. She a presenter and author, having published in professional journals such as the Journal of Corporate Real Estate and chapters in Learning from the Future: Competitive Foresight Scenarios. She holds an MBA from Babson College and degrees in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and Pratt Institute, Brooklyn.

Brian Schwagerl

Brian Schwagerl is a real estate professional with extensive senior corporate management experience with an international Fortune 500 company. Voted Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year by the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, he is an expert in sustainable design and construction practices, who has reached millions of people with his message of how buildings can make a difference to the corporations they house and the employees they host, appearing before national television audiences on ABC, NBC, CBS as well as in documentaries on the National Geographic, A&E and Discovery Networks. He has been interviewed as an expert on innovative workplaces by the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Business Week..

Most notable among his accomplishments was spearheading the development of Hearst Tower, the iconic skyscraper that was the first commercial office building to rise in the Manhattan skyline post 9-11, and the first to be awarded a GOLD LEED certification by the US Green Building Council. Hearst Tower was selected as the Best Corporate Facility in NYC by the Building Owner’s and Managers Association of America. Brian is a guest lecturer at colleges and symposiums.
